Support Services

Dingbat Technology offers a range of support services. We also are strong believers in performing regular maintenance on computer systems, so that potential problems can be fixed as soon as possible (and hopefully avoid a disaster). So, we also offer monthly maintenance and monitoring packages, to ensure your network is in top shape and everything is running well.

Support services are available as hourly rates or as part of a monthly support contract.

Maintenance packages are available as a monthly service, including on-site visits.

Rates

You will notice we, like most companies, have not published our rates on the website. We provide a variety of different services and packages, so please contact us for more information. We believe our rates are very competitive for the level of experience and quality of work of work we provide. Published rate cards are available on request.

Our services are billed by the hour, by the day, or by the month, depending on requirements. Discounts and packages are available for long projects and contracts.
